Porter will chair the newly formed Strategy Committee of the Board, and Gillis will chair the new Audit Committee of the Board. Both new committees were created to guide Endeca through its continued phase of rapid growth.

In conjunction with Michael Porter's appointment to the board, Endeca announced the creation of the Strategy Committee of the Board with Michael Porter as chair.
