Endeca Discover 2007 opens to record attendance

Business and IT leaders from around the globe converge in Boston to discuss the monetary and societal impact of information discovery on daily decision making

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 19, 2007 -- Endeca Technologies, Inc., an enterprise information access software company, today announced that more than 500 attendees were on hand to kick off Endeca's fifth annual user conference, Endeca Discover 2007. This annual user conference will feature keynotes, case studies, and panel discussions by IT and business leaders from Global 2000 and government organizations, as well as labs, educational sessions, and roundtables on innovative uses of Endeca's technology. Under the theme "Every Day Discovery," the event will focus on the impact of information discovery on millions of everyday decisions, and the dramatic benefits -- and risks -- that hang in the balance.

Keynotes will be delivered by David Weinberger, author of "The Cluetrain Manifesto" and other best-selling books; Lewis Shepherd, who leads research and requirements for next-generation technological solutions for the Defense Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Enterprise; and Paul Sonderegger, chief strategist of Endeca.
